Me to You

About Beth Russ

From the time I was a young girl, I have known firsthand the frustration that comes with health struggles and unanswered questions from traditional medicine. After battling autoimmune symptoms, I turned to holistic health solutions, spending over 20 years researching and studying to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and an *AIP Certified Coach.

*An AIP Certified Coach is the only practitioner trained in implementing the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP), to help autoimmune patients reach their health goals.”
